Atrium Staffing LLC is seeking a Practice Manager for a prominent New Jersey orthopedic and physical therapy practice. You will lead daily operations, oversee staff, and drive compliance and patient-centered care across multiple sites.

The role requires 3–5+ years of healthcare management, strong leadership, and expertise with EHR and practice management systems. Bachelor’s degree is required, with a Master’s preferred, and a focus on delivering high-quality service.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of healthcare management experience in orthopedic or specialty practice.
• Experience managing a large multi-provider clinic.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with EHR and practice management software; strong analytical/reporting abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily clinic operations, scheduling, patient flow, and support services.
• Develop and implement policies/workflows to optimize patient experience and compliance.
• Coordinate provider schedules, OR time, and ancillary services.
• Manage inventory and orthopedic equipment and implants.
• Recruit, hire, and supervise front office, billing, and clinical staff.
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and revenue cycle metrics.
• Address patient concerns and improve satisfaction and service quality.
• Ensure HIPAA/OSHA compliance and safe environment.
• Oversee EHR and practice management systems for data-driven decisions.
