Atlantic Medical Management, LLC is seeking a Clinic Administrator to lead daily operations of the medical group, ensuring high productivity and patient satisfaction. You will oversee staff, scheduling, medical records, and policy development, working closely with physicians to address concerns and improve services.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of management experience, prefer LPN/RN or Bachelor's in health care administration, and solid skills in EHR and MS Office, time management, and

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of management experience required.
• LPN/RN preferred or Bachelor's in Health Care Administration or related field.
• Strong physician relation skills and experience with an EHR and MS Office.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.
• Excellent communication for patient, family or staff concerns.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day activities of clinic staff ensuring high productivity.
• Oversee reception, scheduling, patient service areas, medical records; establish and update policies.
• Ensure revenue cycle management with accurate demographics and pre-authorizations per carrier guidelines.
• Maintain efficient systems delivering quality patient services and overall satisfaction.
• Ensure fiscal responsibility regarding supplies, drugs, FTEs and overtime.
• Establish effective communication with physicians and resolve issues as needed.
• Comply with process improvements and regulatory changes.
• Perform HR responsibilities including interviewing, promotions, evaluations, salary adjustments, and terminations, and maintain staff morale.
