Job summary

Alliance Orthopedics in Old Bridge, NJ, seeks a Clinical Coordinator to support the orthopedic clinic’s front- and back-office operations. You will coordinate patient intake, navigate EMR CareCloud, and ensure accurate medical records and billing support under HIPAA guidelines.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree (preferred) with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment across multiple locations in New Jersey.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; clinical/administrative experience in orthopedics is desirable.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; attention to detail and HIPAA compliance.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day operations of the orthopedic clinic, including patient intake and medical record maintenance.
• Serve as liaison between patients, providers, and departments to facilitate communication.
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment plans in compliance with privacy regulations.
