Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Sales Associate for the Winston-Salem, NC territory, including Greensboro and surrounding counties. You will support in-hospital procedures, provide clinical and product expertise, and help expand the orthopaedics portfolio with surgeons and hospital teams.

The role requires strong communication, clinical knowledge of surgical instruments, and willingness to travel. A Bachelor’s or equivalent credential is preferred with relevant industry experience.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal communication, negotiation, influencing, and business acumen required.
• Ability to work in lab/operating room environment and travel as needed.
• Valid US driver’s license; willingness to relocate to territory in NC.

Responsibilities

• Assist DePuy Synthes sales organization in retaining and supporting further penetration with existing customers and new customers.
• Guide surgeons in the operating room through clinical and product knowledge to ensure proper utilization of DePuy Synthes products.
• Attend surgeries to ensure proper equipment is available and provide OR consulting; manage hospital billing and purchase orders.
• Maintain relationships with surgeons and accounts; prepare sales reports and contribute to service levels.
