Job summary

Johnson & Johnson's DePuy Synthes is seeking a Sales Associate for the Winston-Salem, NC territory, covering Greensboro and surrounding counties. You will provide clinical and customer support in hospitals and procedures, strengthen surgeon relationships, and help achieve sales goals while ensuring high-quality service and product availability.

Travel, in-hospital presence, and in-depth product knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Clinical sales or medical device knowledge is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and diagnostic communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Retain and expand customer base while meeting sales goals.
• Guide surgeons in OR using DePuy Synthes products.
• Provide OR and Sterile Processing consultation and support.
• Assist with hospital billing and purchase orders.
• Share insights with sales/clinical teams to improve service.
• Maintain equipment, demonstrate product availability, and ensure quality standards.
• Differentiate DPS offerings with clear value to customers.
