Responsibilities

• Assist DePuy Synthes sales in retaining and expanding existing customers within territory.
• Guide surgeons in the operating room with product knowledge, demonstrations, and proper utilization.
• Support customers by attending surgeries and ensuring proper equipment availability.
• Troubleshoot and provide technical assistance; manage hospital billing and purchase orders.
• Share insights with teams to improve service levels and prepare sales documents.
• Maintain equipment and ensure promotional materials are up-to-date and organized.
