Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional and/or related experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional and/or related experience.
• Recently transitioned from Active Military Duty is considered.

Responsibilities

• Assist DePuy Synthes sales organization in retaining and supporting penetration with existing customers; help achieve sales goals and market share.
• Guide surgeons in the operating room with clinical and product knowledge; present, demonstrate, and ensure proper utilization of DePuy Synthes products.
• Attend surgeries to ensure proper equipment availability and optimize trays; provide OR and Sterile Processing Department consultation.
• Troubleshoot and provide technical assistance; manage hospital billing and purchase orders.
• Share customer, procedural and marketplace insights with cross-functional teams; prepare sales reports.
• Maintain deployment of equipment/assets; ensure promotional materials are current and services meet quality standards.
