Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Sales Associate to support the Temecula, CAOrthopaedics territory. The role focuses on clinical sales within the DePuy Synthes portfolio, assisting surgeons in the operating room and ensuring the availability and proper use of orthopedic instruments.

The role requires a bachelor’s or related degree or medical certification, with a background in sales or clinical settings preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent; medical certification options acceptable.
• 2+ years of professional and/or related experience or 4+ years in similar roles.
• Recently transitioned from Active Military Duty.

Responsibilities

• Assist DePuy Synthes sales organization in retaining and expanding penetration with existing customers and support product conversions.
• Guide surgeons in the OR with clinical and product knowledge; demonstrate and ensure proper product utilization.
• Support customers by attending surgeries and ensuring proper equipment is available and optimized.
