Job summary

DePuy Synthes, a Johnson & Johnson company, seek a Sales Associate to support surgeons in the Biloxi, MS area, delivering clinical and customer support in hospitals and procedures. You’ll coordinate with accounts and ensure equipment readiness.

You will manage product knowledge, assist with procedures, and help achieve sales goals while maintaining high quality standards and promoting value to healthcare systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Associate Degree or Medical Certification (CST, PT, etc.) and relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Retain and support further penetration with existing customers while aiding product conversions to new customers.
• Help achieve sales goals and market-share objectives in the territory.
• Apply knowledge of sales processes, product portfolio and customer insights to improve outcomes.
• Guide surgeons in the operating room with clinical and product knowledge.
• Present, demonstrate, and ensure proper utilization of DePuy Synthes products.
• Attend surgeries to support customers and manage equipment availability.
