Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or equivalent (Bachelor/Associate or Medical Certification) with 2+ years of related experience.
• Minimum 4 years of professional/related experience.
• Ability to work in a lab/operating room environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist sales organization in retaining and penetrating existing customers.
• Assist in achieving sales goals including market share objectives in territory.
• Guide surgeons in the operating room with clinical and product knowledge.
• Demonstrate proper utilization of DePuy Synthes products.
• Attend surgeries to support customers and optimize trays.
• Provide OR and Sterile Processing Department consultation.
• Troubleshoot and provide technical assistance; manage hospital billing and PO processes.
• Share insights with sales, clinical, marketing and account teams to improve solutions.
