Job summary

Orthodontic Experts Ltd is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to support patients through their orthodontic journey. You will communicate with patients and families to ensure understanding of treatment plans and any changes, coordinate scheduling, and assist with financing and payments.

The role requires strong customer service, sales experience, and familiarity with dental terminology. Bilingual Spanish is a plus, with full-time hours across multiple clinics in the Chicago area.

Qualifications

• 3 years of customer service experience.
• 2 years of sales experience.
• 1 year of Treatment Coordinating experience.
• Knowledge of medical terms and practices.
• Excellent problem solving and de-escalation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bilingual - Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Consult with patients to understand oral health history and objectives.
• Explain treatment plans and address patient concerns.
• Assist in prioritizing treatment and scheduling and payments.
• Conduct financial consultations with new and existing patients.
• Manage payment options and policies for patients.
• Educate patients on dental benefits and financing options.
• Track accounts receivable and outstanding balances.
• Assist in collections for outstanding balances.
• Greet and check patients in/out before/after treatment.
• Participate in Marketing events and outreach.
• Handle cash and call incoming patient requests.
