Job summary

Orthodontic Experts Management LLC is hiring a Treatment Coordinator in Burbank, IL to guide patients through their orthodontic journey and coordinate treatment plans with families. You will handle consultations, explain plans, arrange scheduling and payments, and manage accounts receivable while maintaining a patient-centered approach.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service, sales experience, 1 year treatment coordinating, bilingual Spanish, and solid MS Office skills to support daily

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 3 years of customer service experience.
• 2 years of sales experience.
• 1 year of Treatment Coordinating experience.
• Knowledge of medical terms and practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access).
• Excellent problem solving and de-escalation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bilingual – Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Consult with patients to understand oral health history and objectives.
• Explain treatment plans and address patient concerns.
• Assist patients with scheduling and payment arrangements.
• Conduct financial consultations for new and existing patients.
• Manage payment options and policies for patients.
• Educate patients on orthodontic benefits and third‑party financing options.
• Track patient accounts receivable and outstanding balances.
• Assist in collections when needed.
• Greet patients and support check-in/out procedures.
• Support marketing events and clinic operations.
