Job summary

Benevis is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to join our team in a dental/orthodontic setting. The role focuses on scheduling, communicating treatment plans, guiding patients through financing, and delivering exceptional customer service to support patients on their smile journey.

Responsibilities include explaining treatment timelines, assisting with insurance and payment options, and coordinating with clinicians to ensure smooth patient flow and high satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1 year orthodontic or equivalent experience required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales experience; comfortable discussing costs and payment plans.
• Responsive to patients with timely follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Explain cost of treatment, insurance coverage and financing options.
• Explain treatment plans and timeline to patients and families.
• Present financing options and assist patients with affording care.
• Schedule and confirm appointments; maintain patient records.
• Operate X-ray machines and assist with clinical tasks if certified.
• Solicit referrals and track patient satisfaction.
• Adhere to government regulations, company standards and compliance.
• Other duties as assigned.
