Rangewood Orthodontics in Colorado Springs is seeking a warm, organized Treatment Coordinator to join our front office team. You will guide new patients from their first call through treatment completion, ensuring a smooth, informative experience and accurate charting, paperwork, and scheduling.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of treatment coordinating experience, strong communication and public relations skills, and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of treatment coordinating experience required.
• Strong communication and written skills.
• Excellent public relations and customer service.
• Understanding of dental terminology.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook.
• Punctual, organized, and positive attitude.

Responsabilités

• Set up treatment rooms for new patient exams.
• Welcome new patients/parents warmly and ensure a positive first impression.
• Process new patient paperwork and ensure HIPAA-compliant data entry.
• Prepare and file contracts, fees, and insurance information.
• Work with Insurance Coordinator to verify and enter insurance details.
• Assist with scheduling and keep the calendar filled.
• Attend staff and front office meetings; represent the practice professionally.
