Job summary

Trulove Orthodontics is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to act as the first point of contact for prospective patients. The role focuses on building relationships, educating families on orthodontic options, and guiding decisions to start treatment.

The position emphasizes sales-driven outcomes, exceptional customer service, and a consultative approach to drive treatment acceptance and practice growth. Training on dental knowledge will be provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of relative sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients about orthodontic treatment options and costs to achieve a high treatment acceptance rate.
• Convert consultations into treatment starts by meeting sales goals.
• Solicit referrals from patients post-treatment and track satisfaction.
• Contact patients the day before or at the appointment to confirm fees and schedules.
• Promote the practice values and provide excellent customer service to potential patients.
