Job summary

Smile Doctors is seeking a Records Coordinator to join our growing team in Pensacola, FL. You will welcome new patients, collect orthodontic records, and help maintain an on-time workflow while coordinating with doctors and treatment coordinators.

The role supports multiple clinic functions, including aftercare communication, equipment prep, and sterilization, with opportunities to cross-train across roles. We value clear communication and patient-focused care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous dental clinical experience preferred.
• Bilingual a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes new patients and obtains orthodontic records.
• Maintains an on-time patient workflow.
• Relays new patient information to treatment coordinators and doctors.
• Coordinates clinical records requests.
• Performs after care communication.
• May clean, sterilize, and prepare the equipment.
• May cross-train to support multiple roles within the clinic.
