Job summary

Smile Doctors in Pensacola, FL is seeking a Records Coordinator to join our orthodontic team. You will welcome new patients, capture X-rays and scans, and help maintain an on-time patient workflow while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

You’ll relay patient information to treatment coordinators and doctors, assist with records requests, and may assist with sterilization and equipment preparation. Bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous dental clinical experience preferred.
• Bilingual a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet new patients and explain clinic layout.
• Capture X-rays, photographs and scans.
• Maintain on-time patient workflow and scheduling.
• Relay patient information to treatment coordinators and doctors.
• Coordinate clinical records requests and ensure regulatory compliance.
• May clean, sterilize, and prepare equipment.
