Job summary

Smile Doctors Oxford is seeking a Records Coordinator to welcome new patients, obtain orthodontic records, and help maintain an on-time patient workflow. You will relay patient information to treatment coordinators and doctors, coordinate scheduling, and ensure compliance with regulations. This role may include assisting with sterilization and equipment prep.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma, dental clinic experience, and strong communication skills. Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous dental clinical experience preferred.
• Bilingual a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and obtain orthodontic records.
• Coordinate clinical records requests and patient flow.
• Maintain strict compliance with State, Federal, and other regulations.
• May clean, sterilize, and prepare equipment.
