Job summary

Smile Doctors is seeking a Records Coordinator to join our orthodontic team in Sioux Falls, SD. You will welcome new patients, gather records, and help keep the workflow running on time, directing patients to the next available appointment.

You'll capture X-rays, photos, and scans, and relay information to treatment coordinators and doctors. You may assist with equipment prep and cross-train to support multiple roles, contributing to a friendly, efficient clinic environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous dental clinical experience preferred.
• Bilingual a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet new patients and families.
• Capture X-rays, photographs and scans.
• Relay patient information to treatment coordinators and doctors.
• Coordinate clinical records requests.
• Maintain on-time patient workflow and scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with State, Federal, and other regulations.
• May clean, sterilize, and prepare equipment.
• May cross train to support multiple roles within the clinic.
