Job summary

Lineberry Orthodontics is seeking a Practice Manager for our Boise office to partner with Doctors and leadership to keep daily operations running smoothly and maximize the office’s performance. You will balance people, processes, and performance while nurturing a positive, collaborative culture and ensuring compliance and a great patient and team experience.

You’ll drive growth by optimizing operations, developing SOPs, and coordinating onboarding, while managing resources and overseeing

Qualifications

• 3+ years of operational experience; dental setting preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in business or healthcare administration or commensurate leadership training.
• Proven track record of driving growth and expanding production and business performance.
• Experience managing teams.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to provide development opportunities for staff.
• Excellent organization with the ability to prioritize, manage, and delegate multiple tasks.
• Competency in using Microsoft Office and related platforms.
• Experience managing a P&L and understanding core financial metrics.
• Knowledge of retirement plans and life insurance benefits is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage and collaborate with executive leaders to align operational strategies and organizational goals.
• Partner with doctors and field operations to diagnose issues, identify opportunities, and develop corresponding action plans.
• Employ structured and repeatable management processes with team to drive operational effectiveness and growth.
• Optimize processes with development of documented standard operating procedures and organization.
• Facilitate open communication channels to ensure insights and feedback are shared effectively.
• Advocate for necessary resources and support when necessary.
• Coordinate effective onboarding for new team members.
• Advise and train staff on operational policies.
• Set clear expectations with the team; provide regular feedback and support professional development.
