You will lead day-to-day office functions, manage staff, and drive growth initiatives in partnership with the Director of Operations, ensuring patient satisfaction and financial performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of dental office experience.
• 1 year of dental office management preferred.
• High school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily office operations and staff.
• Meet office performance, financial, and patient satisfaction goals.
• Use PowerBI and financial analytics to support decisions.
