Innerbloom Dental Studio in Boise, ID seeks an operations-minded Practice Administrator to lead front-of-house and support growth. This part-time to full-time role blends executive support with hands-on clinic operations, avoiding the typical front desk path.

You’ll drive patient experience, staff alignment, and daily execution with heart and hustle. You’ll own Open Dental proficiency, insurance workflows, and AR tasks while cross-training in interviews, scheduling, and growth strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience in an executive assistant, operations lead, or similar leadership-support role
• A track record of managing or coordinating others effectively
• Strong sales communication and customer service training/background
• High emotional intelligence and a genuine, upbeat presence
• A natural ability to earn respect through leadership, not authority
• Someone who is both relationship-driven and results-driven — you care about people and you care about hitting goals
• Excellent organizational skills and follow-through
• Dental experience is a plus but not required — the right character and skill set matter more

Responsabilités

• Be or become an expert in our practice management software - Open Dental
• Accurately post payments and enter in insurance breakdowns
• Manage insurance verification and accounts receivable
• Conduct non-clinical interviews with new patients to understand what matters most to them about their care
• Coordinate treatment planning and scheduling to align with production goals
• Strategize alongside leadership on future practice growth
• Track treatment acceptance and case presentation follow-through
• Proficiency in hygiene coordination by working hygiene recare reports and keeping schedule full
• Support office communications via daily responses and organization of office texts and emails
• Build and protect patient relationships from first contact through ongoing care
• Hold team members accountable to protocols with professionalism and respect
• Foster an inclusive team culture — you understand how subgrouping and cliques quietly erode a team, and you know how to bring people together
