McGrory Orthodontics is seeking a Practice Manager to partner with the Director of Operations in shaping operational decisions for the practice. This role emphasizes relationship-building, business acumen, and deep practice knowledge to support Doctors and administrative leaders.

Qualificações

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for team and patient interactions.
• Proven leadership and team-building abilities.
• Ability to analyze P&L and financial statements.
• Knowledge of orthodontic industry standards and best practices.
• Experience in training and developing staff.

Responsabilidades

• Own and drive practice culture as a leader to motivate the team.
• Maintain office organization including protocols, calendars, and emails.
• Act as first-line Treatment/ Scheduling/ Financial Coordinator when needed.
• Collaborate on marketing initiatives and vendor communications.
• Manage KPI tracking and HR-related processes with Ops.
• Schedule templating and team member scheduling.
• Oversee hiring, reviews, and performance coaching with Director of Ops.
• Ensure licensure and certifications are up to date.
• Deliver excellent patient service and care.
• Develop training materials and onboarding for new team members.
• Conduct audits of patient charts, calls, and A/R processes.
