Job summary

Lineberry Orthodontics seeks an experienced Practice Manager for our Boise office to oversee daily operations and drive growth. You will partner with doctors and leadership to maintain efficiency, standards, and an extraordinary patient experience.

You will lead teams, manage resources, and implement SOPs while fostering a collaborative culture and ensuring financial performance aligns with goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of operational experience, dental preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in business or healthcare administration or equivalent leadership training.
• Proven track record of driving top and bottom-line growth and expanding production.
• Experience managing teams with strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with executive leaders to align operational goals.
• Partner with doctors to diagnose issues and develop action plans.
• Implement repeatable management processes for growth.
• Develop SOPs and organize operations.
• Facilitate open communication for informed decision-making.
• Advocate for resources and support when needed.
• Coordinate onboarding for new staff.
• Advise and train staff on policies.
• Set expectations and provide regular feedback and development plans.
• Track KPIs including patient experience and implement improvements.
• Identify and support growth while managing costs.
• Maintain a strong focus on exceptional patient experience.
• Other duties as assigned.
