Choice Healthcare Services is seeking an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to ensure a smooth journey for new patients, from initial questions to informed decisions about treatment options and fees. The role includes confirming appointments, presenting treatment plans, and coordinating paperwork with patients and families.

The coordinator will also support the office, maintain patient communications, and help manage recall systems and documentation within the Practice Management System.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of dental/orthodontic treatment planning experience preferred.
• 6+ months of sales experience preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Confirm exam, observation, and recall patients.
• Maintain low no-show rate by confirming appointments.
• Present treatment plans and discuss fees with patients/parents.
• Educate patients about veneers, implants, crowns, bridges, Ortho, Perio and other proposed treatments.
• Follow up with exam patients and track contacts post-exam.

Educación

High school diploma or equivalent

1+ years of dental/orthodontic treatment planning experience

6+ months of sales experience

Bilingual in Spanish
