Orthodontic Experts in Hillside, IL is seeking a New Patient Coordinator to welcome new patients and gather records (photos and X-rays) to set up individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities include taking x-rays, photos, and scans for retainers; assisting with sterilization and maintaining a clean, organized office. This full-time role requires travel to sister clinics and strong computer skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/ GED required.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong computer skills and comfort with basic software.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome new patients to the practice.
• Take records (pictures and X-rays) to assist in setting a treatment plan.
• Take clear x-rays and photos; obtain accurate scans for retainers.
• Assist in sterilizing equipment and maintain a clean work area.
• Collaborate with Treatment Coordinator for smooth patient hand-off.
• Support in achieving monthly and annual clinic goals.
• Explain payment options and insurance basics related to orthodontics.
• Travel to sister clinics as needed for coverage.
• Participate in marketing events and perform other duties as assigned.
