Orthodontic Experts is seeking a New Patient Coordinator to greet new patients, take records (pictures and x-rays), and help set treatment plans. The role includes traveling to other clinic locations and supporting the Treatment Coordinator to ensure smooth patient hand-offs.

Responsibilities include taking x-rays, photos, and scans for retainers, sterilizing equipment, and maintaining a clean workspace. Full-time hours apply with travel across Chicagoland clinics; competitive compensation

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• New Patient Coordinators should be able to work independently and in a team setting.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Ability to travel and transport self to other practice locations.
• Minimum 6 months chairside experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet new patients and welcome them to the practice.
• Take records (pictures and x-rays) to help set a treatment plan.
• Take clear x-rays and photos; take accurate scans for retainers.
• Assist in sterilizing equipment and keep the workspace clean.
• Coordinate with Treatment Coordinator to ensure patient case acceptance.
• Assist in meeting monthly and annual clinic goals; discuss payment options and insurance basics.
• Travel to sister clinics and perform duties at all locations when required.
• Participate in marketing events and other assigned tasks.
