Job summary

Orthodontic Experts Management LLC is seeking a New Patient Coordinator to greet patients, collect records, and help create treatment plans. This role requires travel to sister clinics and strong teamwork.

You will take x-rays, photos, and scans for retainers, and support sterilization and a clean practice environment. The position involves assisting the Treatment Coordinator with patient hand-offs, meeting clinic goals, and communicating payment options and insurance coverage to patients.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Computer skills required.
• Ability to travel to other practice locations.

Responsibilities

• Greet new patients and welcome them to the practice.
• Take records (pictures and x-rays) to set a treatment plan.
• Take clear x-rays and photos, accurate scans for retainers.
• Assist in sterilizing equipment and maintain a clean environment.
• Coordinate with Treatment Coordinator for patient case hand-off and acceptance.
• Assist in achieving clinic goals and discuss payment options and insurance coverage.
