Job summary

Ashmore Orthodontics is seeking a warm, confident Patient Care Coordinator to join our orthodontic team. You will greet patients and families, schedule appointments, and ensure a welcoming, organized visit from start to finish.

The ideal candidate communicates professionally, stays calm in busy moments, and enjoys helping people. Prior dental front office experience is helpful, but not required; training will be provided in our team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and a professional presence.
• Calm, confident, and composed in a busy environment.
• Naturally kind, helpful and patient.
• Organized and able to multitask.
• Comfortable interacting with children, teens, parents, and adults.
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Previous dental or medical front office experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and check in patients and families with genuine warmth and enthusiasm.
• Schedule appointments and help keep our schedule running smoothly.
• Communicate with patients by phone, text, email and in person.
• Assist patients with questions and make sure they feel taken care of.
• Communicate with referring offices and obtain patient records.
• Manage patient forms, correspondence, and records.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office.
• Keep patient information and charts accurate and up to date.
• Jump in and help wherever needed - we're a team!
