Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet new patients and welcome them to the practice.
• Take records including pictures and x-rays to support treatment plans.
• Take clear x-rays and photos; obtain accurate scans for retainers.
• Assist in sterilizing equipment and maintain a clean work environment.
• Coordinate with Treatment Coordinator to ensure patient case acceptance.
• Assist in meeting clinic goals and discuss payment options with patients.
• Travel to sister clinics when required and handle administrative duties as needed.
• Participate in marketing events and other assigned tasks.
