We are looking to hire an Orthodontic Assistant who is excited about a fun and rewarding career in Orthodontics! This position supports our three Southwest Missouri offices in Springfield, Nixa, and Republic. Work hours are Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm.

Responsibilities

• Assist orthodontists during procedures, including placing and removing brackets, archwires, and bands.
• Take accurate scans/impressions for orthodontic appliances.
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and appliance care.
• Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean environment.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure patient comfort and satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate patient records, including treatment charts and digital imaging.
