Responsibilities

• Provide seamless chairside support to dentists using efficient four-handed dentistry techniques.
• Prepare treatment rooms, ensuring all instruments and equipment are sterilized and ready.
• Break down and reset treatment rooms after procedures, returning instruments for sterilization.
• Organize and set up procedure trays based on patient charts and treatments.
• Participate in morning meetings and review schedules to anticipate needs.
• Greet, seat, and screen patients, communicating concerns to the doctor.
• Take alginates, pour and trim models, or scan with iTero scanner.
• Capture diagnostic images including PA, bitewing, panoramic, and 3D/CBCT x-rays.
• Maintain well-stocked operatories to support efficient patient care.

Requirements

• Exceptional customer service skills with warmth and empathy.
• Previous dental assisting experience and clinical support skills.
• Current certifications in Radiation Health & Safety and Infection Control (or willingness to obtain).
• Growth mindset, eagerness to learn, adapt, and improve.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Team-oriented attitude and genuine desire to contribute to a supportive, patient-first culture.

Additional Information
