Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• BLS Required (American Heart Association).
• Graduate of NBSTSA accredited Surgical Technologist program.

Responsibilities

• Scrub on all surgical procedures in the Operating Room under the direction of a licensed professional nurse.
• Assist physician in procedural areas as a secondary circulator.
• Anticipate and gather needed supplies and equipment prior to procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of instrument care and maintenance and report issues promptly.
• Provide on-call coverage where applicable.
