Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate Degree preferred.
• Previous PSR experience preferred.
• Excellent English communication (oral & written).
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Good organization and ability to multitask.
• Knowledge of medical office terminology helpful.
• Basic computer proficiency required.
• Experience with EHR/Practice Management Systems preferred.

Responsabilités

• Greets patients and families in a friendly, professional manner.
• Manages registration and patient flow, ensuring smooth operations.
• Answers calls, takes messages, and routes to the appropriate staff.
• Verifies insurance and updates patient records as needed.
• Schedules appointments and manages reminders and waitlists.
• Post self-pay charges and reconcile daily payments.
• Handles deposits, batches, and banking reconciliations.
• Assists with referrals, authorizations, and patient portal enrollment.
