Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate clearly.
• Ability to organize and perform multiple tasks efficiently.
• Knowledge of medical office terminology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors/patients and direct them professionally.
• Manage registration process and patient flow with strong service.
• Answer phones, take messages, and route to appropriate staff.
• Post self-pay charges, collect payments, and reconcile daily receipts.
• Verify insurance and update patient accounts in EMR/PM systems.
• Schedule appointments and manage waitlists according to guidelines.
• Process referrals and pre-authorizations with care teams.
• Perform clerical duties and support other locations as needed.
