The Patient Services Coordinator II role focuses on providing superior patient-centered service, accurate registration, scheduling, training staff, and maintaining a positive, efficient office workflow.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years experience in a customer service role, preferably medical office.
• Minimum 1 year in a patient services role preferred.
• Epic EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and visitors with top-quality service.
• Handle scheduling requests and appointment coordination.
• Registration and pre-registration procedures including demographics and insurance.
• Answer general inquiries and manage patient communications.
• Check in/out, patient chart management, and insurance verification.
