NCR Voyix is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for Orlando to drive new restaurant business in the Restaurants Tech portfolio. You will be in the field daily, meeting local restaurant owners, understanding their needs, and demonstrating how our POS, digital ordering, and contactless payments help them operate smarter.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ years in B2B sales, a hunter mindset, strong communication, and fluency with hospitality tech. Local travel and autonomy are key.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in B2B sales or related field.
• Hunter mentality and passion for building authentic client relationships.
• Experience with hospitality or restaurant tech (POS systems, digital ordering, payment platforms).
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to walk into any room and connect.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented—you love autonomy and freedom.
• Local to the Orlando, FL area and open to daily travel.
• Hospitality industry experience (front of house, back of house, or anything in between).
• Bonus: familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Drive New Business: Prospect, network, and close deals with restaurants across the Miami area.
• Be in the Field: Meet clients face-to-face, understand their needs, and show them how our tech can transform their operations.
• Problem-Solve with Purpose: Act as a trusted advisor - no pushy sales tactics here.
• Own Your Pipeline: Use tools like Salesforce to track activity and forecast performance.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with solution engineers, account managers, and onboarding teams to deliver an amazing client experience.
• Stay Ahead: Stay current on industry trends and competitive offerings to level up your pitch.
