Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide independent leadership for day-to-day operations of the Orientation Office and Parents & Family front office.
• Supervise the student employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management and coaching.
• Plan and execute Orientation programs and related initiatives with effective staffing and resource allocation.
• Coordinate family engagement initiatives and support Parents & Family Weekend activities.
