Dine Brands Global, Inc. in Pasadena, CA is seeking a Talent & Organizational Development Analyst to support learning programs, onboarding, and talent development initiatives.

This role reports to the Manager of Organizational Development and helps strengthen our inclusive culture and high-performance workplace. You will partner with SMEs to design and deliver curricula, manage the LMS and related tools, coordinate workshops, and help track training compliance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years of HR or equivalent experience.
• Experience in learning and development including adult learning principles and blended learning.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel, Word & PowerPoint; familiarity with virtual tools.

Responsabilidades

• Supports onboarding experiences and other staff training programs and curriculum.
• Monitors, tracks, and reports on organization-wide training and compliance programs.
• Collaborates with SMEs to design and deliver training curricula.
• Coordinates workshops and team-building sessions for impactful learning.
• Assists with managing the LMS, course authoring software, and digital learning platforms.
