Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2-5 years of HR or equivalent experience.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
• Experience in learning and development including adult learning principles, design processes, blended learning techniques, as well as web-based and social learning.
• Intermediate to Advanced Excel, Word & PowerPoint as well as virtual technology tools (Webex, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Assists with delivering onboarding experience and staff training programs and curriculum as needed.
• Monitors, tracks, and reports on organization-wide training and compliance programs.
• Collaborates with subject matter experts for design and/or delivery of training curriculum.
• Coordinates and supports delivering interactive workshops and team-building sessions.
• Assists with managing the team’s digital tools including the Learning Management System and course authoring software.
• Works with vendors and internal subject matter experts to assist with the development and implementation of talent and OD efforts.
