Job summary

Delta Galil USA, Inc. seeks a Manager of Learning & Organizational Development to design, lead, and continuously improve the organization’s learning and OD strategy.

You will partner with senior HR leaders to align learning, talent, and culture with business priorities, while adapting global frameworks to the US market. The role reports to the VP of HR with a blend of strategic leadership and hands-on program design, including onboarding, leadership development, and change management across a

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree strongly preferred in Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or related field.
• 6+ years of progressive experience in Organizational Development or enterprise change roles.
• Experience leading org design, change management and leadership alignment initiatives.
• Strong consulting, diagnostic, and systems-thinking capabilities.
• Ability to influence senior leaders in complex, matrixed environments.
• Learning design and facilitation experience preferred, not primary focus.

Responsibilities

• Translate and adapt global learning and OD strategy to fit the local business unit.
• Establish learning and OD standards, frameworks, and methodologies for consistency and impact.
• Design integrated L&OD initiatives to support performance, engagement, leadership effectiveness, and culture.
• Lead development strategies for frontline managers to senior executives.
• Oversee onboarding programs and buddy systems to ensure cultural integration.
• Own and optimize learning platforms (Docebo) and measure ROI and impact.
• Manage L&OD budget and partner with vendors to deliver initiatives.
