Job summary

Din Tai Fung North America is seeking an Organizational Development Specialist to advance talent planning, employee engagement, performance enablement, and culture across the Restaurant Support Center in Arcadia/Pasadena, California.

Reporting to the Talent & Culture Leader, this role partners across the RSC and restaurant operations to support and advance key talent and organizational development priorities, turning data into practical solutions in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, HR, I/O Psychology, Business, Organizational Leadership or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in organizational development, talent management, or related disciplines.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
• Proven ability to facilitate meetings, workshops, and group discussions.

Responsibilities

• Support talent planning across restaurant operations and RSC with leaders to identify priorities.
• Develop tools and insights to inform people decisions and translate data into recommendations.
• Support organizational design, role clarity, and change considerations as needed.
• Lead or contribute to OD programs, projects, and emerging priorities to scale with growth.
• Facilitate leadership conversations and coach leaders as appropriate.
