Job summary

Dine Brands Global, based in Pasadena, is seeking a Talent & Organizational Development Analyst to support learning and development and strengthen team member engagement. You will report to the Manager, Organizational Development and help foster an inclusive, high-performance culture across the company’s restaurant brands.

Responsibilities include enhancing onboarding, tracking training and compliance, designing curriculum with SMEs, delivering workshops, managing the Learning Management System

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2-5 years of HR or equivalent experience.
• Excellent presentation and facilitations skills.
• Experience in learning and development including adult learning principles, design processes, blended learning techniques, as well as web-based and social learning.
• Intermediate to Advanced Excel, Word & PowerPoint as well as virtual technology tools (Webex, Teams, etc.)
• Prior experience involving content design, virtual/webinar led facilitation a plus
• Prior experience in supporting inclusion and belonging initiatives and practices a plus
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Excellent written, proofreading, and editing skills
• Excellent project management skills

Responsibilities

• Assists with delivering an onboarding experience for new team members and staff training and development programs.
• Monitors, tracks, and reports on organization-wide training and compliance programs.
• Collaborates with SMEs for design and delivery of training curriculum.
• Coordinates and supports delivering interactive workshops and team-building sessions.
• Assists with managing the team’s digital tools including the Learning Management System and course authoring software.
• Works with vendors and internal SMEs to assist with development and implementation of talent and OD efforts.
• Follows company policies and upholds professional standards.
• Performs other responsibilities as needed.
• Target salary $75k-$90k depending on experience
