Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2-5 years of HR or equivalent experience.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
• Experience in learning and development including adult learning principles, design processes, blended learning techniques, as well as web-based and social learning.
• Intermediate to Advanced Excel, Word & PowerPoint as well as virtual technology tools (Webex, Teams).

• Monitors, tracks, and reports on organization-wide training and compliance programs.
