Job summary

Johns Hopkins Federal Credit Union seeks a Training Program Developer to design, implement, and maintain a comprehensive staff development program aligned with the organization's strategic plan. You will research training needs within the Credit Union and develop curricula for organization-wide and department-specific learning.

You will coach managers and staff, oversee delivery methods (classroom, e-learning, on-the-job), and measure impact using metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Communications, Education, or related field.
• Minimum of five years of experience; experience in a financial institution preferred.
• SHRM or ASTD certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assists and promotes Credit Union service culture.
• Delivers high quality service to members and internal customers.
• Plans, develops and implements training and development strategies.
• Plans and provides for legally required training; ensures compliance with regulations.
• Develops and maintains training metrics to measure success.
• Participates in committees and coordinates SMEs trainers.
