Job summary

University of Hawaii Federal Credit Union in Honolulu seeks a Trainer to develop, administer, and conduct training programs for credit union staff. You will evaluate existing programs and work with the Process Improvement & Training Manager to improve processes and ensure consistency.

Responsibilities include core system training, new modules, updates, and maintaining training materials, plus coordinating external training and generating monthly training reports.

Qualifications

• Two years training experience.
• Two years public speaking or group presentation experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Research, develops and writes material for new training programs and updates existing ones.
• Conducts new employee training and other applicable training sessions.
• Coordinates and conducts core system training (new modules, updates, etc.).
• Works with IT to review system releases and notify departments of changes.
• Develops training for system releases and updates and keeps materials current.
• Coordinates outside training classes and maintains the training library (STAR/MERIT).
• Maintains training tracking system and provides monthly/year-end reports.
• Specializes in internal training of credit union products/services.
