Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 6+ years of progressive HR/employee development or L&D leadership.
• Experience leading enterprise training initiatives and program management.
• Strong communication, analytical and reporting skills.
• Familiarity with ISD concepts and instructional design is required.
