Qualifications

• The position requires designing, delivering, and improving training programs.
• Ability to assess learning needs and identify skill gaps with leaders.
• Develop curriculum, facilitator guides, materials, assessments, and job aids.
• Facilitate instructor-led, virtual, and hybrid training programs.
• Lead onboarding and coaching for employees and leaders.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through metrics and outcomes.
• Support talent development and succession planning.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and improve training programs and learning pathways across the credit union.
• Partner with leaders to assess learning needs and identify skill gaps.
• Develop curriculum, facilitator guides, participant materials, assessments, and job aids.
• Deliver engaging instructor-led, virtual, and hybrid training sessions.
• Oversee new hire orientation and onboarding processes.
• Provide coaching and reinforcement training to staff and leaders.
• Measure training effectiveness via metrics and feedback.
