Job summary

Navy Federal Credit Union is seeking a seasoned Training Program Manager to plan, develop, and deliver comprehensive learning solutions spanning classroom, e-learning, and on-the-job training across business units.

You will mentor teams, lead cross-departmental projects, assess needs, and measure program effectiveness while aligning with Bank Secrecy Act policies and organizational goals. Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
• Must adhere to Navy Federal policies and procedures and regulations pertaining to the Bank Secrecy Act
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and deliver training programs across business units
• Supervise needs assessments and evaluate training effectiveness
• Lead cross-departmental project teams and implement learning solutions
• Coordinate technical training and personal development classes
• Identify and resolve performance gaps and implement improvements
• Monitor projects to meet schedule, budget, and expectations
