The role requires coaching managers and staff, aligning training with regulatory requirements, and measuring impact with clear metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, HR, or related field with a minimum of five years of experience, or equivalent combination.
• Experience in a financial institution is preferred.
• SHRM or ASTD certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and maintains an organization-wide training program.
• Conducts skills gap analyses to create or refine training programs.
• Collaborates with management to design training for products, services, policies and procedures.
• Delivers training and coaches managers and staff; ensures compliance with regulations.
• Manages training metrics and reporting to measure program effectiveness.
• Coordinates trainers and schedules for regular training sessions and workshops.
